We have created a boutique company specializing solely in rental properties within the development of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Our management team lives in the heart of the development, allowing Florida International Homes to service our clients quickly and professionally.

Comprehensive guides to the villa facilities are left for you in your welcome pack and any questions can be dealt with when a member of our team makes a personal visit at the first convenient opportunity.

Short & long-term rentals

All properties are available for both short and long-term rental periods and accommodates vacationers from the USA, Canada and Europe. Our location has also proven to be a popular home base for our clients due to its convenience to all the major Central Florida theme parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Theme Parks, and SeaWorld.
