This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is just over 12 square feet of living space. When you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and loveseat set and a large flat screen TV. There is even a small piano, if there is anyone in your family that wants to play. The kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and beautiful flooring. The kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and silverware. There is also a 2-slice toaster, 12-cup coffee pot and electric kettle. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area, with a table that seats up to 6 guests. The large master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and small flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a 2nd bathroom that is shared for guests. Don't forget about the full size washer and dryer in the home. The best part of the home has to be the private, screened-in pool and spa! Pool and spa heat are available for an additional fee, if you are interested. It's south facing, so you are sure to get plenty of Florida sunshine all day. And, there are no rear neighbors because the home backs up to the golf course. You and your family are sure to enjoy everything this home has to offer.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.
Not Pet Friendly Policy:
**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Pool Policy:
*The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $25 per day, plus tax. there is a 4-Day minimum for the pool heat. For best results it is recommended to pre-order and have this set up prior to arrival.
