This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and over 2200 square feet of comfortable living space. Just inside the entrance, there is aliving area that has a comfortable sofa and a patio door that leads out to the pool deck. As you walk through there, you will enter the breakfast nook area, which is connected to the kitchen and the main living area. The main living area has an oversized sofa and loveseat set, and oversized armchair, large flat screen TV and another sliding door that leads to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and basic cooking utensils, making it easy to enjoy family meals at home, instead of having to eat out every day. In the master bedroom, there is a king size bed, TV and private ensuite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have a queen size bed and TV. There are two guest bathrooms. This large home will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests; perfect for a large family or even two smaller families. The best part of the home is definitely the private screened in pool and large open pool deck. Splash around in the pool, sunbathe on the lounge chairs or enjoy some snacks and a refreshing beverage at the dining table. With a view of the golf course, it’s definitely the most relaxing spot. The pool can be heated, upon request, for an additional fee. It’s best that this is added prior to your arrival, to ensure it’s turned on and warming when you arrive. *This home is professionally managed. 24-hour Emergency number and onsite staff* Additional Services (Extra Charges Apply): Mid-Stay Clean BBQ Grill Rental Pool Heat Read Before Booking this Property: Please Note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **Check In Time: 4:00pm **Check Out Time: 10:00am 24-hour check-in available. Contactless check-in and departure. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee. Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500. Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $25 per day, plus tax. there is a 4-Day minimum for the pool heat. For best results it is recommended to pre-order and have this set up prior to arrival.
