This lovely 3 bedroom home on the golf course will feel like your home away from home. It has beautiful wooden furniture and comfortable decor throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware and silverware. The open floorplan and allows for everyone in the family to spread out comfortably. The living room has a comfortable sofa and two oversized chairs, as well as a large flat screen TV with cable. The free wi-fi internet is an amenity the whole family will enjoy. In the master bedroom, there is a queen size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second (guest) bathroom, which can be shared by the guests using the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Just off of the kitchen, there is a large sliding glass door that leads out onto the deck with the screen enclosed private pool. This is definitely where you will be spending most of your vacation. The pool deck looks out onto the beautiful golf course. So, as you're lounging on the pool deck and soaking up the sun, you have a nice peaceful view of the course. **No Pool Heat Available** *This home is professionally managed. 24-hour Emergency number and onsite staff* Additional Services (Extra Charges Apply): Mid-stay clean BBQ grill rental Read Before Booking this property: Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **Check In – 4pm **Check Out – 10am 24-hour check-in available. Contactless check-in and check-out. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee. Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500. Pool Heat: Unfortunately, pool heat is NOT currently available at this home.
